NAME: Named for the extra 195 metres you need to run beyond the 42km marker to complete your marathon
DESCRIPTION: 42 ‘n’ change is a 16 week program aimed at building running capacity for a marathon.. The program is broken into three sessions each week.. one focusing on speed.. the second endurance.. and the final session.. aerobic (and not always running!!) .. Your program is delivered by email each Sunday evening
REQUIRED TIME: The first two sessions each week can be completed in 90 minutes or less.. including warm up .. and the third session can be completed in 180 minutes or less
WHO IS IT FOR: The 42 ‘n’ change program is suitable for seasoned runners who want to run a marathon.. or who want to improve their marathon time .. This is not a beginner program .. If you currently cannot run 10km comfortably please complete the Toey 10k as a minimum entry to this program
