NAME: Named for our post COVID lockdown capacity to run without boundaries
DESCRIPTION: The Freedom 5k is a 12 week program aimed at not just improving your 5k personal best time.. but also adding variety in your running.. The program is broken into two sessions each week.. one focusing on 5k speed.. and the other 5k endurance .. Your program is delivered by email each Sunday evening
REQUIRED TIME: All sessions can be completed in less than 1 hour.. including warm up
WHO IS IT FOR: The Freedom 5k program is suitable for most runners, from casual part time jogger.. through to Park Run warrior.. Capacity to run 5km at any speed is the only requirement to get full benefit from this program..
