The Running Lab offers an intensive One-Day Workshop that covers and teaches all of the core drills and their progressions. You will also be taught about footwear, strength and posture, and mobility – essential components to efficient running and healthy living.
The One-Day Workshop is run for 8 to 12 people by The Running Lab founder, Tim Bransdon, and can be conducted at your gym, training facility or even workplace. The workshop is 90% practical with 10% downtime being used to re-fuel (i.e. eat) and discuss common misconceptions and injuries in the running world.
Whilst a lot of material is covered during the day it is presented in such a way that improvements in running efficiency are noted even by the end of the day. Before and after running analysis is performed and critiqued as part of the workshop. Whilst technique is not expected to be perfect by workshop end it is always a positive end to a fun day to see what changes have occurred in a matter of hours.
Drill sheets and post workshop instructions are provided to ensure One-Day Workshop participants progress towards efficient running over the ensuing six weeks, in a similar manner to the Online Course and One on One In-Clinic Program.
Contact The Running Lab to enquire about hosting a One-Day Workshop. If demand is sufficient, multiple One-Day Workshops can be held over consecutive days.
As long as the workshop is full with the maximum of 12 participants, the course fee will be waived for the clinic organiser.
